Hession
SM's unwilling to work with an 'unreasonable' Phil
Gov't has had their fill with Phil as well.
You want to blow up IOC? Bring back Phil
An active, pumping, bold, well connected large loudmouth shareholder named Mulacek is made to order at this time. Phil will no doubt bring new shareholders and be reaching out to the Funds and Hedges as well.

Instead of a choice between the two leaders what about the question of status quo vs requiring the Board to adopt the policies outlined by Mulacek?
BTW, Mulacek might not appeal to everyone but no real difference maker does. He did make deals, many good ones. He kept investors appraised of the company and its work. He made many friends in PNG.
With Hession nothing is material. We just don't know why.

Been a while since I read or posted because I get tired of the same old single sided rant and pumping, at least Yazoo use to have variety in opinions. At least PM raised the pps inversely proportional to what MH has lost under his watch. I know, I know, MH did not cause the drop in oil or NG, he did not cause a lot of things. However, despite this great prospect he has not done d--k for the pps, just saying. Now let the Pom Pom swinging begin.....I agree with Art.

Hey ebster! IOC's execution sucks! I doubt that these privileged white boys in management could change the oil in a lawn mower. After 7 holes including elk 4 the resource will be certified with approximately 10 Ts. It also seems that the botched drilling program in 2015 ran into another 6 Ts or so.

Puts add in Wahoo which has assets showing on the seismics. They drilled in the wrong spot . Add in stated on the call 150 million barrels of condensates at Raptor and these assets might be larger than Antelope ????
The condensate is a real changer . At today's prices retail price of 150 million barrels is gross $6 Billion dollars . Phil's plan was to truck it to the river and barge it to Port Moresby to the refinery . Well the refinery is now sold true and we do not own all the asset true . To Phil this was early cash flow he could monetize in 9 months .
At $40 for Brent could we sell at $20 a barrel ??? But we only own @ 80 percent so that $16 per barrel before lifting and delivery expenses true . I guess we could net $12 a barrel with $40 Brent .
Or $1.8 Billion in future revenue . If Brent returns to $80 a barrel a maybe it would be $3.6 Billion in revenue . This is early cash flow .

Time value of money is a principle many forget when these points about future value are discussed. Not from now (t) but t-8..... By the time these ding dongs get it going the similar ROI could have been had with muni bonds (slight exaggeration but you get the point).

Fact Ebster
Pull the chart of any LNG plant now producing . Use Cheniere Energy as an example $1.75 to over $80 then a retreat with the drop in oil .
Or better yet use OSH which rose from $1 to over $10 before a retreat with the oil drop.
It's amazing the impact of cash flow has on stock prices .
I ask you to check look at history and return .
Further on the call they stated 2 new things very impactful
1) 150 million barrels of condensates certified . Earlier cash flow
2) Independent verification certified of an additional 6 T's of gas enough for a second LNG plant per the call .
Best to look forward not back .

Mulacek. No question. He's learned a lot over the past 3 years about his mistakes. Skin in the game is the bottom line . Oneil respects and likes him. There's no way he would have spent ioc into the ground. Perfect example is the plush June meetings in NYC as opposed to the previous ones in michigan. The fancy bottle of water in front of me last year probably cost 20 bucks. The refinery sale - a good idea?? Are you kidding me?? What am I Missing here?
They would have been making money on the refinery with the price of oil down… ever notice how the price at the pump never reflects proportionally the drop in oil prices??
Mulacek my friends. Trust me on this.

Phil owns a chunk of Kina Pet , it's 11 cents . Phil has a 5 person team to get to 5 percent ownership plus . With all these cuts at Interoil that might percentage wise be a good bet .
