As if we didn’t know.. One of the winning CEO formula: have a friendly board (or board stuffed with friends) so that they can be ‘flexible’ with performance metrics, fire a lot of people to increase operating performance and hey, despite terrible overall figures, you can claim an increased/outsized bonus anyway..
