Pequot Cap, Art Sambergs company closed yesterday over insider trading claims. Pequot Cap was a 2005 Drilling Partner with IOC, and although we don’t know with 100% security they were a debenture holder (which is likely), they were also a share holder, latest filing indicated 120,000 shares.

So that’s what was happening, and it already seems over.
