What a difference a day makes..

However, it’s up 16% today already. The more liquid of these small Chinese ADR’s are ideal trading vehicles for retail investors, so perhaps value has less to do with it than momentum and technical analysis…

Don’t look for the rationality of these enormous swings. There isn’t any. You might wanna check what we wrote in relation to another smaller Chinese ADR yesterday. Try to jump on and off. We would argue, considering the compelling value and low risk in the company (not the shares) that jumping on is actually less risky than jumping off, but it depends entirely on timing. We missed only by a day, but what a difference a day makes..
