If you get frustrated by IOC’s low valuation do what I do – sell puts. The April put premiums are still good with only three weeks to go. That is money in your account while you wait.

I have sold 126 IOC puts over the last few years with 114 expiring worthless. This put premium then gets invested in ITM IOC LEAP calls. Waiting for IOC has been very good to me and I have no right to complain about delays. See: “The company did not put a deadline on the sale process.”.
