RE: Hopeful Thread - LongNautilus - 05-31-2023

As we all remember: in 2019 PNG was determined to be equity shareholders in Nautilus Minerals by the Canadian Courts.  It reads to me that their equity interest is still very much alive and maybe ours too!!

From The National Today:

“KMHL position is to dispose of the 15 per cent holding in Solwara One, however, as KMHL still holds the 15 per cent, we will not be contributing to any cash call,” he said.
“The new players in the project can keep progressing the project without added cost to KMHL.
“But they will not be able to dilute the 15 per cent.”

May 2023 Trades:
  # of shares traded: 1,347,438
  # of shares shorted: 84,582

Unrelated: TMC has to get their shares over $1 for 10 straight trading days by mid-September or get delisted by the Nasdaq.  Something has to happen with them you would think - ie a takeover, merger, reorg, etc.

The International Seabed Authority convenes next week thru July 28th. Does the seabed code finally pass allowing full scale mining to begin?? I say yes, but anything can happen.....

I new, dates were coming soon. I was going to ask when, but you beat me to the answer before I could ask the question.

Best to all longs....

Hanging on the edge of my seat...

RE: Hopeful Thread - LongNautilus - 06-23-2023

I'm with you guys 100%. If it passes that'll clear the way for DSMF/Nautilus to proceed with their plans (whatever the f*ck they are) and we'll finally know if we're in or out.

It's been a long stressful road for us all: there's a lot of reasons to be positive, but the uncertainty sucks. Hopefully we'll know by the end of the year.  Regardless I truly respect everyone on this board and I'm going to ride this horse to the very end.

As a side note I came across this Wikipedia page (not the best source) on  Mawarid's Sandpiper Marine Phosphate project in Namibia. Looks like DSMF/Nautilus' mining tools would work great here too. Chris Jordinson appears to lead both companies. Hahaha - who knows...

As the meeting starts tomorrow. Where is it being held? Are the daily activity updated as well?

So has the meeting adjourned? And when would we hear of the consensus?
