Nice to see this forum is still going on some level. I've sold all my shares. But hope that if shareholders are compensated in some regard us other shareholders who lost a lot get rewarded damages.

Hope all is well with all of you! Still in absolute disbelief that this discusting stock heist was even allowed to happen. Nautilus went bankrupt and shareholders lost all.. so how are they still mining in 2 years?

According to these links Nautilus Minerals still has 1 institutional investor left? The USAA USAGX fund still has around 5.7 million shares of NUSMF as of Q1 2022. I'm not sure if it's accurate, what it means or why they still would have these shares within their portfolio nearly four years after "restructuring" if they even do.   Who knows!!!!

Metalloinvest's president has some success hiding big boats! Man maybe he used the same "set of skills" to hide Nautilus' vessel too? It's like a James Bond movie!!!

Minute 12:30 - 13:00 mentions Nautilus' mining contracts still being in effect.

A sincere "Thank You" for these updates LongNautilus!

RE: Hopeful Thread - LongNautilus - 06-01-2022

Not a problem Steelrat - just more clues that'll hopefully lead to a great ending for us long-terms!

Hopefully indeed!  Smile

Nautilus Minerals is mentioned in the bottom third of the article. If memory serves me correctly, the mining licences were granted in 2011 and expire in 2031....

Thank you for continuing to update us on Nautilus!!  As for these licenses, my question is did they remain in the name of Nauti!us Minerals or did they transition with the assets in the bankruptcy procedure? I am hopeful that they have remained in Nations Minerals, and that eventually our stock will have value again.  Appreciate your positive attitude!!

RE: Hopeful Thread - LongNautilus - 06-23-2022

Thanks for the response JJ.... I agree 100% that the potential inability to transfer the mining licenses is probably the best (maybe only) chance we have left to be part of this company. My instinct still tells me to stay positive / patience.

Here's what we know with somewhat certainty:

1.) PNG was declared equity shareholders by the courts in 2019;
2.) PNG chose not to challenge the ruling;
3.) Nautilus Minerals' mining contracts are currently active;
4. ) PNG already paid $150 million to Nautilus;
5.) PNG still has physical control of the three mining tools;
6.) Nautilus is the only company in the world fully permitted to extract ore;
7.) No insiders have ever dumped their shares.

The list could go on and on and on.....

If I was in PNG's shoes and Mettallo & MB royally screwed me over the first thing I would of done is cancel the licenses and sell the brand new $100 million dollar mining machines. Why would they ever allow the licenses to be transfered or reapplied for by the same people that f*cked them?

Or maybe Mettallo & MB have been doing the right thing by us the entire time and this is all part of a larger, long term strategy? Seafloor mining is the future of metal and mineral extraction for crying out loud!   Maybe a streamlined, less indebted company will emerge?

Just my hopeful ramblings.  Only time will tell!
