Agree with you Palm... I think that the regulators NEED to be alerted to what is going as I do believe that it is HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS activity and should be investigated. If it is successful then Hession and Cronies $$$ will be clawed back and we would get probably around 5 bucks a share more.
That will take time. Immediate thing to do is come up with a plan of voting NO and getting the company to stay afloat. I do believe that the SM will still buy IOC out and better terms, but without a plan they can really screw us and force us to sell.
