(RTTNews.com) - InterOil Corp. ( IOC ) Thursday said that the shareholders may vot for the transaction with Exxon Mobil Corp. ( XOM ) at the special meeting on September 21. The independent oil and gas business with a sole focus on Papua New guinea noted that the Institutional shareholder services Inc. or ISS has also recommended its shareholders vote for the deal.
