NQ's Retail Expansion Continues

NQ announced the addition of another 120 retail wireless stores selling the NQ product suite.  Retail is a powerful channel for software sales.  The sales reps explain the benefits of malware protection and parental controls.  Most recently, NQ disclosed the attach rate was 20%.  This is an extremely high number and I expect it to come down to below 10%, but we are still talking about huge numbers.

Stock is stupid cheap.  Price target is $20 by end of 2013.

These shares will suddenly start to run in a serious fashion when some people with serious money realize what's on the table here. Stocks like this have a habit of taking off when you've almost given up on them.

One good sized fund visited NQ in Dallas this past Friday and spent several hours with the team. I introduced the fund to NQ and their feedback was quite positive. They are now doing a deep dive. I spoke with the lead analyst at the fund yesterday and he is quite excited about what they have learned. They do have trading liquidity constraints, so I do not expect them to buy more than 700K shares. A buddy at another fund said they have a $5M/day trading liquidity minimum, but they have done their first level of work and will likely engage as soon as liquidity upticks.

NQ is going higher.
