Yeah, I would not bet on the buy back. It certainly is not complete yet, otherwise they would have announced.

Plus God only knows if they spent X million ADR on acquisitions again as they did in Q3...so the ADR number is really up in the air...

nq said they would buy back within 6 months. Now it is almost 6mo. So, I think nq at least bough back some shares and makes eps looking better.

Does anyone with more knowledge know how SBC is computed if there is a decline in share price between quarters (will the roughly $7 decline in share price between end of Q3 and end of Q4 effectively give a boost to GAAP eps?)

Any option grants given before end of Q4 will have a reduced value as compared to end of Q3
