First of all, please excuse my broken english as second language. 
My concern: How much possiblity do you think NQ will go private?
Is this a good company? I believe so.
Are their businesses legit? I believe so too. At least Deloitte believes so.
But why are they taking forever for their accounting report? Because they have problem with that. But the thing is, I believe every single company, especially Chinese company, has problems here and there, they tend to trim their financial report, but maybe NQ trimmed their reports too much, and now it is hard to cover it up. However, I never doubt their abilities of generating income, just a matter of fact that if they do not finish their AR asap or in the worst case, if they can't continue the investigation with PWC, $4.5 will not be the lowest 52 weeks price, or even worse - go private. At that time, doesn't matter how attractive their businesses are, the stock will be done.
So my question again, How much possiblity do you think NQ will go private?
