Thanks, it's an interesting read, businesswise things seem to progress rather well. Even the stock is holding up remarkably well in the midst of a rather violent smallcap sell-off..

No problem.
Shorts are on the offer all day again today they started yesterday at 11:21 est. With the 3.5 million sold in 15 minutes and absolutely no regard for price. Designed to take out stops and stall the momentum created by the move from $6.50 to $9.80. and I would bet anything that when we see Short interest it's back up over 16 million+++
This cover and re-short is standard procedure to dollar cost average the short higher and make new buyers skittish.
The solution for those willing and those who believe 20-f is coming is DO NOT PAY UP for any stock! Wait for the short designed sell off and buy.
I had a quick conversation with Matt in china yesterday and no change on anything related to 20-f still on track...

1} there is no one stopping them. The institutions will not buy before 20-f and shorts know that.
2} After 20-f they still have control until 1qtr 2qtr 3qtr comes. There may be some buying but the last time it went to $25, it was big buyers taking stock from small sellers, shorts were up side down until the MW attack. I don't think there was anything coincidental about the MW attack anyone around then knew there was a huge short position out there and we all saw a report similar to the MW attack that j capital wrote but no-one paid any attention to it. So the solution was to recruit Carson Block.
3} shorts will leave when it's no longer profitable....
