With Russia you never know what the real facts are.  Sad for his family, friends and colleagues.  This will have some effect on all future  direction of the company.  We just don't know what.  Leaders lead......differently.

My point is that a new leader may have positive or negative effects for IOC shareholders.  Time will tell.  I'm hopeful that if anything changes that it will be an acceleration of FID
