Intel (INTC) - admin - 12-21-2013 We never fully understood the bulls on Intel (INTC) as for us, for all their technological and process prowess, there seems to be a simple but inescapable truth: Intel Corporation (INTC): Intel Faces Many Hurdles - Seeking Alpha RE: Intel (INTC) - ArtM72 - 12-21-2013 Actually it would appear from the article below that INTC has elected to continue to farm out its mobile chip manufacture to TMSC as opposed to its trying to enter the low margin cellphone space. RE: Intel (INTC) - admin - 12-23-2013 Intel (INTC) has acquired the wireless infrastructure business division of Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. The deal includes Intel owning Mindspeed's small cell base station System on a Chip (SoC) product. This is a very important acquisition because it gives Intel a future gold mine in the expanding need for LTE infrastructure deployment. |
