Jim, please stop you childish rants. For a man in his senior years you are better than that. I also don't recall STP making you the SHU police so you have no right to direct Getit on what to do. It might benefit all of us to wait and see....

My thoughts are to expect this as being an analyst call and that's all. Three is no indication that it is anything more then this. It is not unusual for a firm like Bernstein to do this after initiating coverage. I'm sure Hession and company are happy to be available as this can be the start of more large institutional dollars coming into the company.

The calendar is screaming well news. We are due for Raptor/Bobcat updates we are in the zone for Ant 4 and 5 spudding and their huge implications for the stock. Seems a simple deduction we hear more about them .
Other possibilities: Introduction of Bernstein clients to Interoil Historically we have had these type large audience event for major events . Interoil had one after Antelope was discovered and when a Henry Aldorf came on board. This will be a Sept event and that's when Interoil promised well news per the last MD and A . Ignoring where Hession set the bar has some type risk.

If you question the post check it out with a contact to the company. Then tell us what you found out. Heck I am gonna be on the call..Glad to provide Getit with my notes. JFT, imo you really jumped to some ridiculous interpretations of my post, accusing me of "beating" on Dr. Wu, and a condescending comment I might be too dumb to try to get on the call. Only my first line was even directed at Dr. Wu, and I was simply asking for a little more information if he had it and didn't mind, to make sure I had the right time and wouldn't miss it, and understood the nature of it if he could help on that, thinking that might be the simplest and quickest way to get it. Before that, I researched the Bernstein website as well as IOC's to see if I could get further information, and found nothing, noting I couldn't get far on the former without being able to log in as a client. Note that I posted some information from the Bernstein site I thought people might be interested in, in the same post. Without any response from Dr. Wu, I certainly had no intention of giving up on trying to get more information, but it would appear I shouldn't be asking you for any. Perhaps you should read a post twice and count to ten before responding! Of course, it seems there are a lot of SHU members who need to read posts more carefully and think more, and also not always assume the worst, before responding. Notice I also made a suggestion in the post about the likely (imo) nature of the call.

Agreed Cyber.
And for those of us wanting more information from MH, perhaps this is an attempt to get the story out to the street.

Another possibility for the call is news of the buyout of the balance of the drilling partners in the remaining wells interest. That 6 month option expires in Sept.
If they have well results to announce then they could do a sell down of their interest. Lots of positives in the next 12 months. Sept 2nd hard to know for sure

While we're on the subject, OSH'S 6 month exclusive negotiation agreement – per their purchase contract w/ IPI – for the IPI's interest in (some or all of) our other licenses would appear to expire no later than Sept. 12 or 13. Feel free to correct that date. OSH PR 3/13/14: "Oil Search is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of the relevant Pac LNG Group Companies holding a 22.835% gross interest in Petroleum Retention Licence 15 (PRL 15), containing the Elk/Antelope gas discoveries in Papua New Guinea. The purchase was funded by a placement of 149.39 million fully paid ordinary shares to the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, which was completed yesterday."
