No, the guy asked for information if SEC is investigating NQ , and the SEC would not say yes or no so no new info from the bastar who wrote the article. He must have purchased many May $6 puts and will be losing every penny of it hence the trash on SA.

There is no current public SEC investigation.  Do you think a pump and dump on SA would be the first to give that information to the marke? For all those that have written an article on SA, there is a lag as SA editors screen and review what is written.  Carson was quoted in a bloomberg article yesterday after the close.  He made no mention of the SEC publicity investigating.  This is clearly a short scare tactic to move the share price intra day.   Bloomberg is Carson's way of dissemination, they would be all over an SEC investigation.

NQ has until 530 pm EST on the 15th to submit their 20F.  Until then all rumors are just rumors.  No body has any edge here.  Even Carson thinks that they file by the deadline.

Any update or are they just wait until this afternoon?

The Company continues to work to file its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2013 as soon as possible. As previously disclosed by the Company in a press release dated April 30, 2014 and in its Form 12b-25 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company is unable to file on time its annual report on Form 20-F because it needs additional time to complete it.

NQ is a very good candidate for volatility player. I have long positions in long term call and short term put. If audit comes out, long term NQ is still looking good. But short term could be violent upper and down based on news presented.

PWC has not resigned.  Does that prove that something might not be wrong and they really do need more time?  Are we still to believe the April 30th press release that DT found nothing?
