Only problem is that the Dispute is with IOC and in the SPA IOC states that the deal with Total in no way violates any agreements with other IPI holders. If OSH prevails somehow I wouldn't expect Total to ride off quietly into the sunset and say, "Bummer we lost." That could get a little ugly legally and time-wise IMO. But Mr Durban may hold the 4th ace in his hand.

At the end of the day I do not believe that the arbitration is why we are down and lagging behind as far as stock price.
Drilling time and apparent lack of execution on behalf of the management, namely Hession is why. The concern in my view is reducing credibility that he exudes regarding drilling time frames. Our hold up in not arbitration, it is delineation. Will it take 6+ months to drill a A4 and A5??? That is why we are down. Drilling success I view at this point is for them to be able to get down into the reservoir. So far he has not proven he can do that. Wet or dry hole. FWIW

It's the combination. Uncertainty in any form(s) usually gets a negative connotation in pps.

You are absolutely right. The pundits on the board can talk their theories, but the reality is that we are an exploration and driling company that has, thus far, failed to execute. To me, it is that simple. Good news on the horizon would be reflected in the PPS and option activity. It is not. We may test low of year next week.

I think the primary problem with the stock this morning is the market, period.
There is no certainty of "good news on the horizon", but I don't think we'll approach the lows of the year anytime.

Down over 10% the last 2 weeks. No news and down market next week, we very we'll might see 40s. The trend has been lower highs and lower lows.

So we have to sell yet again, Nolan? You must be the most masochistic long in history, I lost count of the number of posts in which you argue we go lower...

It's not arguing and I didn't say sell. I do say we go lower. Change masochistic to patient and you may be right. It's simple; execute or sell the company. Any more delays and our institutions will start pressuring management.

OIL/GAS prices are looking very weak and significant new gas will be coming on line over the next year or so. Global economic activity looks to be winding down except for the USA. I am seriously starting to think of decreasing my exposure to the stock market by at least 50%, and wait until things appear to be more stable, maybe by middle 2015. (IOC is only a small part of my holdings so please don't take what I say as just being targeted towards IOC)

I have spoken to other fellow shareholders and their is obviously a great deal of frustration with Interoil and management. Nolan is likely conveying that. If they can't get it done then I do believe their will be a degree of shareholder activism. We shall see...
