btw, i might be wrong about relation between Best Partner and Adnovo, but i remember I heard it from somewhere that Adnovo is from the acquision of Best Partners

Beijing Tianya is health care app provider, but their main business seems related to promote rank on App store which is a very profitable business at least in recent years in China. The company website is http://www.ranknowcn.com/ Best Partner Ltd provides Adnovo advertise platform of NQ mobile, their website is http://www.adnovo.com/. I remember it said somewhere that all NQ advertisement revenues now generated from Adnovo platform (which is about 20 million per quarter)

Any idea if Best Partner Ltd and WAPS are one and the same?

Goldbaum says so in this article http://seekingalpha.com/article/2139833-...e-earnings. But I'm not able to find any info online.
