Not to mix the metaphor, but we have a butcher who with his friends somehow took full control of our fine fat cow which they milked for a couple of years. Now the butcher is getting out his knives and Mulacek has stood up and said "enough". I've put my name and email into the bin over at http://www.concernedinteroilshareholders.com/contacts/. We all should. There is no telling how much damage is being done to our investments. There is no telling because Hession has kept everything under wraps shielded by a perverted definition of "materiality".

JFT, your comments fly with the breaking winds. It sickens me to read the never ending rants that appear to me sometimes factual but more importantly swung to the likes of a hired ad agency.

Mr. Phil Mulacek spent a lot of his own money to acquire his IOC shares .... and is obviously concerned that his ultimate ROI will be significantly lower than he expected.
Many of us are also "Concerned InterOil Shareholders" (CIS) because we spent a lot of our own hard-earned money to buy shares in this company over the years, only to see it evaporate like a block of Dry Ice in PNG. Let's see what some of the large shareholders say ... those who own more shares than us. Do they want to accept a buyout at 50% premium over todays' PPS? Or do they want $100+ per share? Or do they want 1.2+ shares of XOM per share of IOC? How will they vote on the Proposals tabled by CIS? Cap Re? Morgan Stanley? Wells Fargo? Frontier Capital? Stevie Cohen (Point72)? Carlo Civelli (Clarion Finanz)? Gaylen Byker? Collin Visaggio? Roger Grundy? Bill Jasper?

Stavros has it right any sale will require support of the shareholders .
Who thinks the stock price hasn't been manipulated ??? Even GCA's 2013 number of 7.1 T's plus 6 T's at TBR means at least 13 T's certified by someone . That size gas supply will not get sold cheap . Whatever the first offer might be .

What bothers me about this is the number of E/A investors with conflicts of interest due to their investments in other LNG facilities. That certainly includes the banks. So who's to say whatever deal is proposed will not be the result of collusion? MH wants a seat with the big boys? How much is he willing to pay? As Raymond James noted, no one to date has included TBR in their calculations of what IOC is worth (except for some of us bums in the retail market). As has been demonstrated by other posters no one has given IOC credit for its future cash flow from Papua LNG. While Goldman Sachs in its March 31 commentary stated details of the well testing that have not been released publicly we still do not know what IOC found when drilling Wahoo 1. Now, by demonstrating a willingness by Hession to forego certification payment for some undisclosed amount of time the market sees little value in that, either. Help us Obiwan Mulacek. You're our only hope. Seriously.

Look we do need the force. Why because padawon I believe we are perceived as the Rebel Alliance and we are constantly trying to over throw evil empires. First Papua and the government, then Phil, Dumas, Exxon, Shell etc. quite an alliance and history the empire has. They have much power they do. And the little rebels as we are do not! So if we want full value for our shares then somehow we do deserve any credit for the TBR discovery, the future gas plant revenues should figure in somehow as an intrinsic value and of course the E/A giant. If they propose to give it away how will we stop then. There is another.... Phil's 13D attack. When all is said and done I am naive I am as to how the oil hardball business is played. Seems like the Rebels need a Cohen or two.
