I will vote NO to the ExxonMobil Proposal
#1

The Oil Search Proposal to acquire IOC for shares + ca$h was NOT ACCEPTABLE.

The ExxonMobil Proposal to acquire IOC for shares + ca$h is NOT ACCEPTABLE either.

NOT EVEN CLOSE

I will again vote NO to this current XOM Proposal

There still might be a yes vote for OSH. Their 8 shares are worth more than 45$

I'm thinking the same thing.  Offer is still crap with a drop of perfume added.

OSH offer just got vaporized. There will be no vote on the 28th. Exxon deal is now on the table.

*******

I think XOM wants to pay IOC for 7T's after A7 and then keep IOC's right to the future re-cert numbers that may eventually show 10T's. TOT will pay them and not us.  IOC shareholders lose out on that money with what consideration? Hession should counter with a deal structure that protects what is already an existing right/asset, rather than just "recommending approval" to whatever he can get.
