If there is a cockroach, there will be a bunch. Thank you Oliver for sharing those information.

Gump is correct in these statements, Wayne Andrews was also involved in the this skullduggery. Byker, Lewis, Nicholson, Jasper, Andrews blew up IOC by removing PM. These guys along now with Hession and his Board are to blame for IOC share price demise. Shame to you men who held a stewardship position of the body of IOC shareholders! Shame on you for your being a traitor to PM who created IOC and made each one of you multi millionaires.

Please explain how Wayne Andrews "was involved in this Skullduggery". He was not a member of the board and had absolutely no say in the vote to hire Hession.   Let's not blame everyone in the room for the mistakes the BOD made.

There are multiple inside and former inside sources that point to Wayne Andrews as being involved, maybe not as a locomotive force in the process, but certainly as a willing assistant to Byker, Jasper, and Visaggio in the process of replacing a visionary with a vampyre.

WA was taped in a secret meeting where he was talking a $200 stock price . He was bullish . Further he had 10's of thousands of stock options that expired worthless this Dec because of the low stock price at that time . No one would take buckets of money out of their pockets on purpose .
WA was a former seismic expert and personally evaluated IOC seismics and was a bull after that evaluation . WA was an analyst for RJ at that time .
Oliver on WA you are just wrong which hurts your other efforts as the well gets tainted with your false statements . Further Phil had talks with Exxon with him at one price and Exxon at another . Exxon never made a written bid that was close to being superior to the Total deal . If the BOD had such an offer in writing they would have jumped on it and not hired Hession with a $37 million bonus to sell the company by X date . The fact they offered such a deal to Hession completely disproves the talk about a superior deal with Exxon .
Please produce a written offer to buy Interoil signed by an Exxon executive or drop that point .
It's hurts your credibility to stretch the truth . Stick with facts which by themselves paint a bad picture for Hession and the BOD .

Pathetic?  If it was just Gump with the insider trading allegations that would be one thing. Mulacek's presser re the CC tomorrow is quite another. If all is as it appears (certainly all the dots connect) we vote no and move forward with Total, leaving Hession and his buddies in a world of hurt.

I have no no idea yet why you call this thread pathetic.

Here is one example quote as to why this thread is pathetic. Hope this helps Art.

Let's just call this 'pathetic, until proven otherwise'.

"In 2013, PM was in negotiation with XOM, and he had gotten them to the point of signing a deal that was far better than the one XOM have offered now."

Hey Tree, perhaps you should speak to PM directly . . . he will confirm to you that XOM 2013 deal terms for E/A gas were superior to the current offer.

The word pathetic does not even come close to describing your contributions to this Board as compared to Art.
