I think Tree, Art, and Stavros have all been valuable to this board.

The word pathetic does not even come close to describing your contributions to this Board as compared to Art. Thanks Stavros.

Total BS the Exxon higher offer was Phil lips never from Exxon.
If it's true produce a copy of the bid . And explain why the IOC BOD would turn down a Superior offer . You can't produce an offer in any form written so you have here say which is not defendable in anyway . After the Exxon bid the BOD hired Hession with a $37 million bonus to sell IOC . Why do that ??! Or 100 percent BS!!!!!!!!!!

And you would be wrong. The fact that nobody has shown you the offer letter does not mean the offer never existed, it just means the letter has not been produced to you.
its obvious that you dont like Phil, however myself and the other shareholders dont see you stumping up your own hard-earned to fight the lowball sellout, you are happy to ride Phil's coat-tails and beat him upside the head while he goes out to fight tor all the shareholders, including you?

Phil did exceeding well on the cc. I only hope the institutional investors are listening to the logical, clear and coherent message. The total spa is a bond. It gives ioc inherent value. That is followed by the resource value and finally the acreage.
Scare tactics by management and their behavior has been to the detriment of shareholders and ONLY looking out for their own gain. Breach of fiduciary responsibility. Clear as day. Let's right the ship and move on. Perhaps Exxon will alter their bid to garner shareholder support. Perhaps total bids. Anyway you slice it I bet their are many phone calls being made this morning. Thank you Phil This was your "Jesus moment "

Fact Phil was a human being and that means pluses and minuses .
He was and is a world class Pet Engineer , He never had a superior deal from Exxon if he did produce it !!! No need for names use facts . Where's the beef!! Show us the deal or stop talking about smoke . Hint Phil would have received same bonus for an Exxon deal . Think Phil turned down a $2 million dollar bonus !!!??? LOL !! Yes everyone has self interest , ride with Phil . No need to make stuff up !!! |
