Selling half my position keeps me in the game (Just in case these guys are for real).
I hope we hit a home run with this company.
Welcome aboard, Proof, and yes, that seems a wise decision. I wouldn't want to bet the bank on the company (but then again, one shouldn't do that in general), but there is good growth amidst some controversy. Couldn't listen to the CC myself (was watching the football, one's got to have one's priorities in order, haha), but I'll read the transcript.
They increased the guidance, and beat revenue and earnings, from what I saw.

Yes, we got out, even with still a decent profit. Can't fight the pro's, nor do we have the stomach for that.

I agree with you. I sold all my shares at $4.54, When you sold the first half of your shares. Alex and the oil & gas trader made some frightening discoveries. It looks like that old saying is true, Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. In this case.......it’s a meltdown
Liked the OESX article very much. Thank you for that and for TEUM as well. Made a nice profit $$$

Yes, we started to have doubts when that Oil & Gas trader bulletin article appeared and sold half, but after Aurelius today, which came with a number of new claims and these guys are pro's, we can't fight that and it's near impossible to establish what's true and what isn't. Better get out.
Yea, thanks, OESX is pretty interesting, we even took a position today on the pullback.

Not sure who I have less faith in Pareteum or this Short.
Doesn't sound like this company is very reliable.

Something questionable when the company is:
Several lawsuits aimed at piercing its anonymity have failed or are ongoing.
Just seems questionable timing when Pareteum is getting added to the Russell Index at the end of the month and will need to be purchased by a number of ETF's.
That said often where there is smoke their is fire.

Hi Coach, we sold not on the reputation of Aurelius, but simply because we don't like to be in these kind of contested stocks. Even if one can make a lot of money with them (both our SHU positions were closed with a decent profit, by the way), we also like to sleep at night and have some grip on what is going on with a company. It's also difficult to fight the tape against these guys, there was a 20M+ short position brewing.
Oppenheimer defended the company this morning and the stock is also included in the Russell 3000 so it could get a decent bump this morning.

For Shareholdersunite,
I read your article on SA and rather then post a reply on SA, I thought it better to ask you directly.
You stated that you may take a long position within the next 72hrs. What will be the deciding factor whether you buy the stock or stay out of it?
A lot of resentment and bitterness toward TEUM. My concerns is with this Barry Honig character and all the filth he brings to the table. While he is not directly involved with TEUM, he is too close for comfort.
And finally about the company joining the Russel 3000. That’s a positive come July 1st.
Your thoughts are most appreciated as I also was thinking of jumping back into the stock seeing it is trading at $2.53 a share.

Appreciated. Since we're doing this publicly with the SHU portfolio we're going to be rather conservative as we don't want to get people into controversial stocks, so probably not the next 72 hours. - Nobody has seen all the contracts, although the Oppo guy did a channel check and argued that 20% of their clients in backlog are start-ups implying they might not convert.
- The shorts want you to believe most (if not all) their backlog is dodgy just from a few examples, that seems highly improbable to us.
- Since they're selling a bona fide product to bona fide customers, even very big ones and ones who are willing to buy more and testify in public, we don't see any reason why the company would not be able to attract bona fide new customers, also given this market is very fast growing. Add to that the increased sales to existing customers and there is good growth ahead.
The Honig guy connection seemed a little too loose to us, there is a link in the SA article to another article that took issue with that and quite frankly, since we're quite certain they have a bona fide product it seemed a little artificial to us, 6-degrees of separation and all that.

Looks like we got out on time (with a considerable profit, as it happens) and our decreased comfort level has been shared by many..
Still, curious what happened: - They have big customers who testified to the quality of the product in public
- None of the analyst spotted any trouble, not even the ones doing channel checks
This initially looked very promising, but the problems with that 36 month backlog, rising payables and cash bleed, and now internal strife has gotten the better of this stock.
