I'm at the moment in the middle of a personal court case i have a phone conference today with my lawyer and ill pass some question towards him about this matter hopefully ill come back with some good answers ....

Tbh, I'm not sure what he would all need. I sent an explanation to the law firm I'm in contact with and went from there. I then sent him our court filings and shareholder spreadsheet.

Not sure what your lawyer would need to get started.

lawyer hasn't contacted me since Wednesday morning. He said he would have a call with me today on Tuesday so I giess I'll wait and see if he calls.

I just called and left a message requesting a response. Nothing as of yet so we will see if he was thinking later this afternoon. I may try another firm but I think one more attempt will be all I'm good for.

I appreciate the recognition. no prob! I did contact one more firm (Cohen?) on Friday afternoon. I have not heard anything but it may take a full business day. I'll wait but may contact another firm or two.

My Lawyer said its out of his league He's more into building but was interested !
