I dont see a FB page... i did try calling an attorney today and left a message on their inquiry voice mail. But I'm starting to lose faith at this point. Idk if its just not worth their time cause I don't see how what they did is legal?

Hey, folks, thanks for your efforts. Before we gave up last time when we were shafted and the board went quiet, I downloaded several years of press releases from the Nautilus website and PDF'd them. If you find a lawyer, these might have interesting nuggets in them.

Just checked my desktop and I have press releases from 2006 saved as PDF and Annual reports and some other stuff also saved. All of it has been saved as indiv PDF, not site links. Not a full reporting of the judgment stuff, and would need someone with a better legal background than I to decipher what is important and what is not.

Just saved it on a second external device.

Tomorrow will see if I can retrieve my email communications with Maui4Marco on my initial investigations into who the other institutional owners who were also jilted in this deal. Bigger money than any of us.

BTW, anyone heard anything about M4M? Last I heard he had been unwell. For you newbies (relatively), he was our Shareholders Unite NUSMF Godfather.

I've contacted 3 firms now. Only got one reply by someone who then began ghosting me 2 emails in. The other two firms I haven't heard a thing from.

Ghosting has always been a pet peeve of mine. I consider it cowardice. Doesn't have to be good news... but i wanna have some closure. When you drop off the planet, idk if it's a health issue, or you just don't want to talk anymore, etc. I dont want to be too pesty but I'm very tempted to call that ghoster again to see if he is still planning on calling me like he said.

I should have said that I have pdf'd the NUSMF Annual Reports and Press Releases STARTING FROM 2006.

I haven't contacted the press.

I've contacted another firm and had a talk with a lawyer. He said he would look into and took my email down. He didn't email me but said he would. The only two parts he sounded hesitant on was that the case wrapped up a long time ago, and he said it was at most 30 cents in recent history. He also asked if I was an original investor. Honestky based on his not emailing me yet, idk if he will contact me. Also had one of the two I contacted last week call but when I explained the situation her interest went down and said it wasn't her area. She said it may be fraud and she'd have her colleague reach out to me but I'm getting exhausted from all the ghosting I'm getting. Lol. Might not have a case here fellas.
