That is a 'new' facet to these negotiations. Could be Gov't or landowners are trying to buy acquire a larger %, (we heard last week or so that PNG wanted 50% of the project) could be the equity partners like Civelli and minors are contesting IOC's ability to sell a stake and claw back interest from partners to bolster IOC's %. I do not think IOC's equity in gas ownership is at risk whatsoever.
