Don't they need this airfield to bring in essential equipment for their CSP and NG compressor/pumping stations? Seems to me we heard delayed completion of that airfield was already impacting their project timeline. This can't help.

So far anyway it seems Gulf Province has avoided heavy rainfall problems experienced this year to theie east and their west. Sitting on the (relatively) protected leeward side of the mountains?
