What can happen with 35% short float.

For everyone who had doubts about a $ Billion dollar jump in a day: it just happened intraday with FSLR. 87 million shares outstanding with 16 million shares short, up over $12 per share is over a billion dollars. IOC has fewer shares outstanding, a much higher percentage of the float short, and many more days to cover. Both have about the same market cap (for now). All we need is a little good news.
