What a stupid post. We should leave Yahoo garbage on Yahoo. IOC will be obligated to announce, and they will announce, all material development announcements as they are legally obligated. News Flash! IOC doesn't run around 'denying' BullHsit as that would be their only job since there is so much of it. Shell the same way. Looks like that article was planted and likely planted by someone not friendly to IOC.
