jft-- Good AM to you! My personal take on the SEC. They are a "toothless tiger" . I have observed them for decades and they have been very disappointing about their investigating. (THe CFTC is even more pathetic) .Very,very hurtful for the small investor. HAGD !
I basically agree about the SEC, which needs to do a hel of a lot more, but don't tell Minkow the SEC and the courts are "toothless tigers"!
