World to use 64% more energy, driven by Asia

Rode in a Chicago taxi last night. Noticed a gauge on the left hand corner of the dashboard. It read 1750 psi. Only one thing that could have meant, and it wasn't tire pressure. The driver said as he punched the accelerator, jumping into the adjacent lane of traffic, "Chicago wants more of these but for now there are only three fueling stations".
