What's odd is this article is a re-hash of an earlier article Russell wrote 'Duma adds a Twist' with 2 additions:
1) expiration of talks this week - Don't think this is so
2) Shell waiting in wings if talks falter - We've not thought RDS had gone away
XOM seeks more than 4.6 T's and that could cut RDS out of Gulf LNG for a year or 2 as more resource was proved up.
