Thank you. So according to that we have been in quiet period since August 1.
End of 2nd Quarter was June 30th. So the quiet period started July 1.
You are absolutely right. My error. However, that seems like an awfully long period, and I don't get the sense the company necessarily has held to that strict policy. I wonder if they actually have a different policy in practice, or a more intense "quiet period" period.
