I bet the large shareholders that JFT surveyed, who apparently were "against a buyout at this time" (I had thrown out a hypothetical figure of $150), might not be looking at it the same way after today. I can't say that 'm looking forward to waiting three more years to see if the Triceratops monetization announcement cuts an additional 35% off the market cap...like the E/A announcement just did. What exactly is expected to increase pps so substantially that a $150 buyout seemed repugnant? I think TARules speaks the truth when he says that a buyout is the only way to get fair value.
