I also think we need to be careful saying/thinking that next week looks good for government approval. Duma has stated that the 20th is a planned Development Forum which does not mean an approval will come out of it. NEC/Parliament, DPE are the ones who will approve any project with input from a Development Forum. We may or may not have an approval this month, but several things need to happen first.
