I appreciate what you are saying about the POS.
I like to look at it slightly from a different tack.
There is a trend line of success going from P'nyang all the way into IOC territory.
Any drilling targets within that trend line or close to either end of the trend line should also have a significantly higher POS than the average.
I also know that OSH claim to have a POS of 40% for their endeavours.
Since most of the new drilling by IOC will be close to other successful areas, and with regards to the above, I have a gut feeling the POS for these new wells should each be around 50% or better.
Not very scientific by me, I agree, but just empirical observations.
