IOC has a decision to make; if they sell the entire 61.3% to Total (Total indicated in their Dec 6 release would be reduced by as much as 19.3%. IN order to keep 30% net (38.71% working) of this project they will need to reduce the Total deal from 61.3% to 38.49% working (also 30% net to Total).
