Interesting pattern of IOC trading here is very similar to the low or very close made on 4/10/13.  In this period, the 50 day sma was moving higher and the 200 day sma was moving virtually sideways.  On 4/10 ioc price dipped below both those sma's and made a low at 70.20, only to see price rise above 80+ on 4/24, two weeks later.   It was also where IOC 50 day sma was readying to cross above 200 day sma on both.  Study the similarities, quite close     trans
