fwiw, the fastest short term indicator to turn up off a bottom in ioc is "slow stochastics". Using daily data, this indicator is at a low extreme and high odds favor a turn higher soon, perhaps quite soon. Once this indicator turns higher, the other short termers should follow, such as macd, dmi. Also this IOC decline has not seen daily OBV (on balance volume) decline much, and is basically holding quite high. I like that because it seems to be verifying my comments above. This decline should be getting "long in the tooth" imo
