At the end of the day I do not believe that the arbitration is why we are down and lagging behind as far as stock price.
Drilling time and apparent lack of execution on behalf of the management, namely Hession is why. The concern in my view is reducing credibility that he exudes regarding drilling time frames. Our hold up in not arbitration, it is delineation. Will it take 6+ months to drill a A4 and A5???
That is why we are down. Drilling success I view at this point is for them to be able to get down into the reservoir. So far he has not proven he can do that. Wet or dry hole.
