I'd like to know alot more about the problem with the blowout preventer. It's not as if they didn't know the pressures they would be dealing with...or didn't they? Is it a matter of buying cheap or faulty equipment or somehow is Hession just playing another game?

The next guy who is surprised by high pressure should be shot.
