Botten picks at some technical points of execution and makes it sound like there are major hurdles for Total to execute in "transfers", etc. Who should we believe. I was told that Hession is now quite relaxed and "glad to have this behind us." He doesn't seem too be two concerned that things with the JVOA won't proceed as planned with Total.
Could be the reported 'thousands' which have been working on this project and the consistent reports that the JVOA has been cooperating and contributing to the process of certification, scheme and site (from 24 LNG sites to a final 4) with site options down too 4 with final chosen Qto/15 is evidence that TOT/IOC knew the arbitration claim by OSH was CRAP and only to save face.
BTW, It has been shared that Botten has 'tapped out' on his challenge options. Sleeper Hold or Arm Bar by Hession??
