What is nice about the current state of affairs is that now IOC, OSH and TOT all have major defined interests in the rapid development of this project...not to mention O'Neill and PNG. It also doesn't hurt that OSH now has some cash and TOT has so much they have declared a special dividend.
Maybe finally that ship of ours has finally turned and now is coming in towards port. The games are over. Let the work begin!
