We agree and I call it the way I see it without favorites . Hession got us a great deal up front , , BUT How can a CEO think he deserves $37 m for selling the company on the oil price bottom and set himself up to be CEO of a merged company with that higher pay level , source Australian Financial Review I posted on this board .
Why can the Board not change the incentives for execs when oil prices collapse ???
The execs did nothing to earn stock at these prices ,
A minimum floor on a selling price with our assets level makes sense like Phil stated .
There is not a single Interoil shareholder who should not support Phil ,
Phil wants several board seats to insure the company incentivizes execs after shareholders .
Who would not agree with that . Phil does not want to be CEO again .
Hession Can stay but he needs to align his package with shareholders . If he refuses that's his call but a smart man would stay and build a world class company ,
I encourage everyone to work with Phil ,
