All good points you made Katy, especially about people reading important info. It's a consistent theme. On the Change of Control there is a further important point in the Comp Policy. Those "benefits" (and others) only apply if after any such change in control Hession chooses to terminate his employment after such Change of Control. Think about what would have to have happened in a Change of Control for him to want to leave.
