How the IOC BOD screwed the shareholders
#34

'jft310' pid='74878' datel Wrote:Total BS the Exxon higher offer was Phil lips never from Exxon. If it's true produce a copy of the bid . And explain why the IOC BOD would turn down a Superior offer . You can't produce an offer in any form written so you have here say which is not defendable in anyway . After the Exxon bid the BOD hired Hession with a $37 million bonus to sell IOC . Why do that ??! Or 100 percent BS!!!!!!!!!!

And you would be wrong. The fact that nobody has shown you the offer letter does not mean the offer never existed, it just means the letter has not been produced to you.

Hession got a $2M signing bonus for signing the Total SPA (did you forget this?), and looking at how he has been incentivised with his contract and how that incentive has motivated him since then, it is perfectly believable that he would have sold IOC down the river for a couple million bucks for himself.

its obvious that you dont like Phil, however myself and the other shareholders dont see you stumping up your own hard-earned to fight the lowball sellout, you are happy to ride Phil's coat-tails and beat him upside the head while he goes out to fight tor all the shareholders, including you?

You are all class.
