XOM almost back to par, but I can't trade?

Schwab no change in our account . At Fidelity they say our request has processed ,

Giving credit where credit it due... TDAmeritrade handled everything before the open today flawlessly!

I even exercised some puts to "deliver" XOM to someone else - but, I did have to call in to exercise them. After talking to them, it took 25 minutes and everything was done (they told me in advance there would be this delay.)

Nothing in my 2 Fidelity accounts yet.  But I have confirmation through them that my dissent was withdrawn.  So suspect that is the cause for delay.

My XOM shares showed up at Fidelity yesterday after the markets closed, along with the CRaPs.

Fidelity confirmed my withdrawal of dissent (made a week ago) and says they expect the shares will land in my account "in the next one to two weeks."  I think the translation is they don't know anything more accurate at this time.

Dissenting/withdrawing dissent has its hidden costs.

In these types of situations, one can always shprt sell against the box which keeps options open.
