Based on today's volume I would expect us to pass both of those records the day the deal is announced. Today's trading tells me that we are almost there. One thing to consider, not that I think it is going to happen, but hypothetically if we somehow got the announcement on Monday the Short Sale Restriction would still be in affect which would severly limit the shorts ability to short more when the deal is announced and the stock pops.

I don't know what is going on behind the scenes but between the delayed earnings and the crazy week we had, I think we all deserve a break. Will be interesting to know one day what is really happening behind the scenes here.
