Let's get the bidding war started
#21
Interesting thread... only it doesn't wash with the Aug 14 CC, nor with the statementes made by Collin... and as I recall it was something to the effect that bids were "accretive" to the shareholders and it would result in "multiples" of the current share price....
Or was all of that just hype???

" I think the move to $99 was orchestrated by shorts."

What?

They are shorts not masochists. That was a forced buy in.

If you want "multiple sources" for the sub $1/mcf all you have to do is go over to Yahoo. I hear there are many.

When the O&G majors left PNG in 2003-2005, PNG did not forget.

When the expected PNG-Australia Pipeline was ended.. PNG did not forget.

PNG has a partner that is ready now for a decade of develpment.

We have passed the time of "connect the dots" We are now in a time of "conductivity"

Welcome to the engagement.

Tusker

.

What's wrong with asking IOC to participate in a sovegrn electrification program?  I know and recall other rural electrical sovereign investment that was the foundation of develpment.

Even Duma as brought forth electrification for his politicl district.

The ground is starting to turn... take notice.

Now who do we know that can build electrical plants in the needed places on PNG. ???It begins with an E and ends with a C . You fill in the middle letter. What co is providing gas to a new electrical plant build in Indonesia.?? Can ya see a pattern here. Could it be replicated??All these entities need each other and thus they can work together and all can prosper. Its called strategic thinking..Who  bought a run down refinery in Alaska and moved it to PNG?? Its called strategic thinking. Who bought IOC under a $1 and still holds the stock??????
